Commission and Product Support Engineer

Versatile is a long established company that is one of the Irelands leading suppliers of Commercials and Domestic Heat Recovery Ventilation, Fan Coil Units and a wide range of other heating products, currently recruiting for a product support specialist.

We take pride in providing the highest level  of service to customers and are committed to supporting them at all stages through the life cycle of the equipment supplied, from initial sale, to commissioning, service and maintenance.

Responsibilities:

• Carry out service and maintenance on Domestic and Commercial Heat recovery Units, HIU’s, Fan Coil Units and other equipment from the wide range of heating products supplied.
• Playing a team role with in house engineering and sales teams.
• Perform on site assessment and diagnosis of faults.
• Ensure that service and commissioning reports are filled out in a clear and concise manner and are submitted within a reasonable time frame.

Requirements:

• Technical experience in the HVAC industry.
• Familiar with both mechanical and electrical components of heating and ventilation systems.
• Fluent English.
• Full Driving License.
• Driven and ambitious with a strong sense of pride in his/her work.
• Eager to learn and available for potential travel to the U.K and Europe for manufacturer training.
• Good communicator and ability to play in fast growing dynamic company
• Ability to find solutions to problems
• Well organised to manage diary and return reports promptly
