🕒 Full-time | Permanent | 5 out of 6-day week (Closed Sundays & Bank Holidays)

We’re now looking for a passionate and driven Showroom Sales + Design Consultant to join our expert retail team. If you thrive in a high-end, customer-focused environment and have an eye for design, this is a fantastic opportunity to grow your career with one of Ireland’s leading design brands.

The Role

You will be the first point of contact for customers, offering expert guidance, design input, and tailored product recommendations for bathroom and tile projects. From first consultation to after-sales service, you’ll manage the full customer journey with professionalism, empathy, and attention to detail.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver one-to-one consultations, guiding clients through their bathroom and tile selections
• Manage customer projects from initial enquiry through to completion
• Maintain excellent product knowledge and provide up-to-date advice
• Work closely with internal teams and suppliers to coordinate orders and timelines
• Ensure outstanding customer service, resolving issues efficiently and professionally
• Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets
• Maintain a visually stunning and well-organised showroom environment
• Participate in training, events, and company initiatives

 

 

What You Bring

• Proven sales experience in a retail, showroom, or design-focused environment (luxury goods/home improvement preferred)
• Experience in bathroom products, sanitary ware, or interior design highly desirable
• Qualification in Interior Design or Interior Architecture is a distinct advantage
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Self-motivated with a proactive, target-driven mindset
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office and basic CRM or design software
• Passionate about interior design, trends, and high-quality products
• Professional, polished, and confident when dealing with clients
