Architect: Noonan Moran Architecture Builder: Kingston Construction Located in the heart of Dublin’s famous Stephen’s Green, our design brief was to assist the project architect with the design, layout and product solutions for 9 luxury bathrooms, each varying in size. The Challenge The renovation of this property had a very specific aesthetic which guided our product selection. Versatile had to fully understand and appreciate the clients’ needs, future guest expectations and luxurious user experience when staying at this exclusive location. The Solution Versatile’s expert specification team worked with the project architects to design successful solutions including: Bathroom furniture and Vanity unit solutions from our exclusive partner brand Devon & Devon – characterised by timeless products that reinterpret the best European traditions with twenty-century design, with an attentive focus on the present. Brassware – A traditional look and feel was the design brief for the taps and shower fittings. We provided brassware to achieve the ultimate in style, sophistication and quality but with a traditional twist. Here our team selected this range to further enhance the design of the space. Freestanding Bath – The bath blends classic features with elegant, modern lines and features a classically ribbed rim which adopts detailing originally found in classic stonework.
