We are exclusive distributors for large European bespoke manufacturers and have earned a solid reputation in Ireland for providing innovative, quality products together with an expert technical service.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a professional team within the heating department of a vibrant company with an established brand. This is a full-time position based at our open-plan office in Navan, Co. Meath.

Responsibilities (not exhaustive)

• Support the company’s external Sales team
• Quote on large, high-profile commercial jobs in the HVAC market
• Take the lead on chasing & managing jobs up to a specified value
• Support & implementation of new CRM system
• Work well on your own initiative & as part of a team to achieve sales goals while providing first-class customer service

Requirements

• Excellent knowledge of Excel, systems & procedures
• Previous experience with SAP advantageous (not essential)
• Background in construction industry, mechanical or electrical advantageous (not essential)
• Thorough, detailed nature with excellent attention to detail (critical)
• Strong time management skills with ability to prioritise the critical tasks to complete tender deadlines etc
• Resourceful with an ability to think on your feet
• Ability to see sales opportunities with a hunger to go after them
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively interact with internal & external team and customers

This is a very rewarding role for the right person, with a focus on continued product knowledge & learning – which may entail travelling to European countries of manufacture
