The vision was to balance premium finishes with practical layouts, ensuring each space felt restorative, refined and thoughtfully designed. Working from the planning stage, our showroom designer Anna collaborated closely with the client to optimise flow and maximise space. Particular attention was given to achieving compact luxury in the downstairs bathroom, while the garden suite was designed as a dedicated retreat featuring a custom steam room and sauna. Using our bespoke 3D design service, every detail was carefully visualised in advance, allowing the client to confidently refine the layout, materials and lighting scheme. The result is a cohesive, high-end sanctuary tailored perfectly to both the home and lifestyle of the client. 3D Design Service: Bespoke 3D designs were created for the bathrooms and wellness area to visualise the layout and neutral aesthetic. Garden Wellness Suite: A bespoke addition featuring a custom steam and sauna area. The Challenge Early Collaboration: Joining at the planning phase allowed for a refined layout and ensured the best use of the space. Compact Luxury: The small downstairs bathroom required a luxurious feel without feeling crowded. A Wellness Retreat: The garden suite was designed as a dedicated space for recovery and warmth—a true escape from the Irish climate. The Solution The Downstairs Bathroom: To optimise the compact layout, a continuous worktop provides a generous surface area with integrated storage tucked neatly underneath. The focal point is a forest green washbasin bowl paired with a brushed brass tap for a striking, high-end finish. Guest Bathroom Refinement: This space features soft neutral tones and a sleek, soft-close vanity in Vintage Avana. An LED-lit alcove and curved back-lit mirror soften the room, creating a gentle, ambient glow. These details pair with a chrome towel radiator to bring a layer of comfort to the design. Upstairs Bathroom: Deep forest green and soft neutrals create a sophisticated palette for this space. The scheme is accented by brushed brassware across the taps, tile trims, and radiator. Warm LED lighting within the shelving and shower alcove adds depth to the design, while a solid chrome handle on the shower door provides a tactile, quality finish. The Master Ensuite: This room uses warm wood-effect tiles behind the bath and throughout the shower to create a seamless, natural backdrop. Accents of Gessi brushed brass on the fittings provide an elegant contrast to the natural wood tones. To enhance the sense of comfort, a curved back-lit mirror and illuminated shelving add layers of depth to the room. The Home Spa: The garden suite serves as a dedicated retreat for recovery, featuring a custom-built steam room for a deep, sensory heat experience. Alongside it, the Sky Range Sauna uses large glass panels to maximise the sense of space. Natural aspen soft woods from Northern Europe and integrated mood lighting complete the sauna, creating a warm, calming environment. Visualised Certainty: Using 3D designs, the team ensured the final result was a consistent sanctuary that met the clients’ vision.
