SWC wanted to be at the forefront of sustainable energy consumption in college accommodation. We worked closely with the mechanical consultant (Semple and McKillop) and contractor (AEM) to provide an energy efficient heating system that achieved BREEAM certification. Due to its low water content heat exchanger, our NZEB radiator, heats up and cools down quicker than a conventional radiator.
