The requirement was to deliver a ceiling mounted heating solution for the warehouse & the offices. The Challenge The existing building had an underfloor heating solution. Since the space was used as bulk food storage space, they had to remove the underfloor option and move forward with a custom radiant panel solution to the ceiling. Due to large size of warehouse, Versatile had to deliver radiant panels of nearly 80 meters in length. We also had to take into account the inclined & declined structure of the roof while delivering this bespoke radiant panel solution. The Solution Versatile designed bespoke radiant panels called ZFP. We supplied 20 of them for warehousing & a further more of 52 Carboline Radiant Panels for the office space. Our two radiant panel solutions could not only heat the space, but can also provide full-space free cooling. This could be very beneficial for Lidl to cope with overheating in the summertime.
