Our brief was to fulfill heat loads and heating requirements while maintaining optimal indoor air quality and comfort levels for the classrooms and sports hall. The successful completion of the Waterpark School Waterford project underscores Versatile’s commitment to delivering innovative, sustainable, and high-performance solutions tailored to the unique needs of each client and project.
Results
- Achieved optimal heating performance while significantly reducing water content, enhancing efficiency, and minimizing energy consumption.
- Maintained CO2 levels below 1000 ppm and noise levels below 35dBA, ensuring a comfortable and conducive learning environment.
- Enhanced air quality and thermal comfort throughout classrooms and the sports hall, meeting the client’s expectations for a high-quality educational facility.
The Challenge
- Fulfilling heat loads and heating requirements with lower flow temperatures.
- Ensuring CO2 levels of less than 1000 ppm and noise levels below 35dBA.
- Achieving sufficient air quality throughout the classrooms.
The Solution
Versatile implemented innovative solutions to address the project’s challenges effectively:
- nZEB Maxi Radiators: These radiators boast a 90% lower water content than traditional radiators, making them highly dynamic and efficient. Specifically designed for heat pumps, they are capable of fitting underneath window sills, optimizing space while maintaining an aesthetically pleasing look.
- ZFP Radiant Panels: Versatile incorporated ZFP Radiant Panels for the sports hall, offering exceptional efficiency while operating off heat pumps with lower flow temperatures. By heating surfaces rather than air, these panels ensure uniform warmth throughout the space, enhancing comfort for occupants.
